Information about the article. 13 of D. Law. 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection.

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data. This notice is provided pursuant to section. 13 of D. Law. 196/2003 Code on the protection of personal data to those who link to site www.mise-en-place.it and the third-level domains or pages linked to it. This information is provided only for this site and not to other sites outside www.mise-en-place.it that may be accessible via links. Type of data:

Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during normal operation, some personal data that is implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols. These data on network traffic, by their nature are not readily assignable to specific individuals, but through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties could be used to identify users / visitors of the site (e.g. IP addresses). These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct operation. The data also could be used in cases of crimes against the site.

Cookies: No personal user data is acquired from the site. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. Data provided by users: Personal information and other data that are included in the registration forms or module fields on the website, as well as forwarded by mail, require the acquisition of information necessary to provide the services required (e.g. Newsletter) and / or to contact the user (name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, user ID and password). Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

Information Security

All information gathered on the site are stored and maintained in secure facilities. The Web site is monitored regularly to check for security breaches, and ensure that all information collected is kept secure.

Legislative Decree n.196/2003 - Article 7 - Right to access to personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning the same party, even if they haven't registered, and communication to this effect in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on the:

a) origin of the personal data;

b) purpose and conditions of the processing;

c) logic applied in the case of processing done with electronic instruments;

d) details of the controller, the processors and the appointed representative in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;

e) subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or that may learn of the same as the appointed representative in the territory of the state, processors or persons responsible for the data.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the revision, the correction and in other words the integration of the data, when this is in the interest of the same;

b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking the data treated in violation of the Act, including data that doesn't need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

c) the declaration that the operations in letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also regarding the content of the same, of those the data has been communicated to or distributed to, with the exception of the case in which this fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate with respect to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of their personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of the collecting;

b) the processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or promotional material or for direct sale or for market research or commercial communications.
